FreedomSwap Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the FreedomSwap website, API, Freedom Wallet integration, permanent AutoSwap routes, and one-time swaps.

Important

Digital-asset transactions are irreversible and may be delayed, rejected, reviewed, or refunded. Read these Terms and the quote details before sending funds.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreedomSwap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Each order records the exact terms version accepted for that order.

2. Description of the service

FreedomSwap provides pass-through digital-asset exchange processing. Direct wallet swaps do not give FreedomSwap control of the sending wallet. Reusable deposit routes use restricted forwarding addresses controlled by FreedomSwap only to process deposits to the destination fixed by the user. FreedomSwap is not a bank, wallet account, lending service, investment adviser, broker, or custodian of customer balances. Funds temporarily controlled during an active order are restricted to that order and must proceed to its recorded destination or an eligible refund.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. You represent that you are the beneficial owner of, or legally authorized to use, every source address, asset, refund address, and destination used in an order; that you are not acting for another person without authority; that you are not a politically exposed person or a close family member or associate of one; and that your use complies with applicable law.

4. Prohibited jurisdictions

The service is not offered to persons or entities located in, organized in, or resident in the United States of America or its territories, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, Sudan, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions. FreedomSwap may add restrictions required by sanctions, law, provider rules, or risk controls and may block access where availability cannot be confirmed.

5. Prohibited activities

You must not use FreedomSwap for money laundering, terrorist or proliferation financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, ransomware, scams, darknet markets, prohibited goods, market manipulation, abuse of incentive programs, or any other unlawful activity. You must not evade geographic restrictions, transaction limits, rate limits, screening, or other security measures.

6. Quotes, rates, and fees

Quotes are time-limited and apply only to the displayed asset, network, amount range, destination, and rate type. Fixed quotes remain valid only for their stated period and conditions. Floating quotes settle at the executable rate after required confirmations and can deliver more or less than the estimate. The quote discloses the applicable service fee, network costs, rate policy, minimum, maximum when available, and expected output. Fees included in an accepted quote are non-negotiable.

7. Deposits and permanent routes

Send only the displayed asset on the displayed network and include every required memo or tag. Wrong assets, networks, addresses, memos, amounts, or late deposits may be delayed, refunded at additional cost, or permanently lost. Each deposit to a permanent route receives its own confirmations. A deposit that meets the minimum on its own becomes its own order with its own executable quote, risk decision, and settlement record. A deposit below the minimum is kept at its deposit address and combined with later deposits to that same address on that same route; once the combined total clears the minimum, one order converts the combined amount with one executable quote, one risk decision, and one settlement record. Deposits from different customers are never combined. A route is permanently bound to its recorded settlement asset and address. Paused and retired addresses remain monitored; a deposit detected while a route is not active is quarantined for an order-specific exception decision rather than silently converted. FreedomSwap does not maintain a customer balance or withdrawal account, and assets associated with one order or exception are not used to fund another customer order.

8. Finality, refunds, and recovery

Completed blockchain settlements are final and cannot be reversed. Before completion, FreedomSwap or the execution provider may attempt a refund when the order fails, expires, receives an unsupported or late deposit, or cannot pass required checks. A refund is not guaranteed after conversion has started, when the deposit is below the applicable network cost, or when the funds cannot be safely attributed or recovered. Refund and recovery network costs may be deducted. Unless an approved refund address was recorded, an available refund may be returned to the verified sending address.

9. Risk disclosure

Digital assets, stablecoins, smart contracts, privacy technologies, blockchains, bridges, and liquidity venues carry market, technical, counterparty, regulatory, and loss risks. Transactions depend on confirmations, network congestion, software, internet connectivity, liquidity, third-party systems, and changing law. FreedomSwap does not guarantee anonymity, asset value, timing, uninterrupted service, or recovery from user error.

10. Risk management and verification

FreedomSwap and its execution providers use automated and manual risk controls. An order may be delayed, refused, frozen, refunded, or held for review. Additional information or identity and source-of-funds verification may be requested where a provider or applicable requirement demands it. Refusing a request may prevent completion and may lead to a refund when legally and technically available. Suspicious activity may be reported to an appropriate authority without advance notice.

11. Independent execution providers

FreedomSwap may use one or more independent liquidity or execution providers to complete an order. Provider selection may vary by asset, network, availability, rate, jurisdiction, risk, or operational requirements. A quote or order identifies a provider only when that provider's terms, eligibility, verification, refund, or other rules apply directly to the user. Provider liquidity, network fees, compliance decisions, and settlement performance can affect the result. FreedomSwap never exposes provider credentials to a browser or wallet application.

12. Data and privacy

FreedomSwap processes wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, hashed user identifiers, IP and device/network metadata, consent records, provider references, security logs, and support messages as needed to operate, secure, investigate, and support the service. It does not need wallet seeds, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords, and support will never ask for them. Details are in the Privacy Notice.

13. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law. FreedomSwap is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses caused by market movement, user error, compromised devices, unsupported assets, incorrect addresses or networks, blockchain events, or independent-provider outages. You agree to indemnify the service operator against claims caused by your unlawful use, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

14. Changes, law-enforcement requests, and support

Assets, networks, limits, providers, fees, and these Terms may change for security, liquidity, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. Material terms changes apply after publication and acceptance where required. Authorized law-enforcement requests must include proof of authority, case information, and relevant transaction identifiers. For an existing order, use its “Get help” control. General and legal correspondence may be sent to support@xchgo.com. Never include wallet secrets.
