xchgo Privacy Notice
xchgo collects the minimum information reasonably needed to quote, route, secure, reconcile, and support digital-asset transactions.
1. Information processed
xchgo processes wallet and transaction details, order identifiers, security records, and information you submit to support. Wallet signatures may be used to verify ownership. xchgo does not require wallet seeds, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to provide swaps and reusable routes, prevent fraud and abuse, process available refunds, keep required records, respond to support, and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Providers and disclosures
Transaction information may be shared with the execution provider used for an order, services needed to process it, security and compliance services, and authorities responding to a valid legal requirement. These parties process information under the policies that apply to their role. xchgo does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
4. Retention and browser storage
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for transaction support, security, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. The site may use local browser storage for essential preferences and access.
5. Security
xchgo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users must protect their own devices, wallets, and recovery material.
6. International processing and restrictions
Infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Do not use the service where its processing or digital-asset services are prohibited. The service is not intended for minors.
7. Requests and changes
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information that can be associated with you, subject to transaction-integrity, security, accounting, and legal retention requirements. Contact support@xchgo.com and include only the order identifier and information necessary to locate the record. This notice may be updated when providers, law, or service features change.
